What a tenant pays, beyond rent
- Security deposit — two to three months' rent, interest-free, refundable at exit.
- Maintenance (CAM) — charged per sq ft per month by the facility team and normally borne by the tenant.
- Electricity & water — metered, billed on actual consumption including power backup.
- Club membership — usage is generally included; guest and event charges are extra.
- Registration & stamp duty — on the lease deed, usually shared or paid by the tenant.
Buying instead of renting
Resale pricing at The Crest currently runs from roughly ₹12.7 Cr for smaller configurations to about ₹40 Cr for the largest penthouses, depending on floor, view and condition. The project is ready to move and fully occupied, so all transactions are secondary-market purchases from existing owners.
